About

I absolutely love being a pediatrician. I love the kids, the families, and everything that goes into providing the best care possible.

I started this newsletter because I believe in empowering parents with clear, actionable info. So often I talk to parents who are feeling overwhelmed or unclear. Yet there is good, straightforward recommendations for most common health questions. This newsletter is my attempt to make that knowledge more accessible and more actionable for parents so your job becomes a bit easier.

I completed my undergraduate studies at NYU, medical school at George Washington University, my pediatric residency at University of California San Francisco (UCSF), and I'm Board Certified in Pediatrics. I've spent the last 10 years working in hospitals, urgent care, telehealth, and primary care. I ultimately settled on primary care because I care most about the long-term relationships with kids and families — building trust and comfort.
